Truely Collectables Buyer Protection

This is an optional reimbursement program offered directly by Truely Collectables. It is not insurance, USPS coverage, or a guarantee that every Intelligent Mail barcode scan will be recorded.
Cost and coverage
Buyer Protection costs $0.75 per qualifying Tracked Card Letter order. The maximum reimbursement is the item subtotal actually paid, up to $20.00. Shipping charges and the protection fee are never reimbursed.
Claim window
The shipment must remain undelivered for at least 7full days after the recorded shipment timestamp. A claim must be submitted no later than 21 calendar days after shipment. A claim submitted too early or after the deadline is ineligible.
Saved Always On consent
A signed-in buyer may choose Always On and accept the current policy version once. That preference stays active for future qualifying orders until the buyer opts out. When these terms change, the saved consent becomes inactive and the buyer must review and accept the new version before future charges resume.
Review requirements
- The optional fee is $0.75 per qualifying order.
- Reimbursement is limited to the item subtotal, up to $20.00.

- Claims are reviewed against the LetterTrack/USPS scan trail and order evidence.
